Leechiu partners with CBRE Group

Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC) has forged an alliance with the CBRE Group Inc., touted as the world’s leading real estate services and investment firm.

This new partnership took effect starting January 1 this year, allowing LPC and CBRE to leverage their platforms to provide clients in the Philippines with a holistic range of commercial real estate solutions and global advisory services.

CBRE will draw on LPC’s broad domestic footprint to reach new clients in the commercial real estate space. LPC meanwhile will gain access to CBRE’s international expertise and global network, providing a new level of best practices and standards to clients in the Philippines.

“It has always been our goal to continuously transform and accelerate the Philippine real estate industry by prioritizing the needs of our local and international stakeholders. Through this alliance with the CBRE Group, we are confident that we will be able to provide the top services to our partners,” said LPC CEO David Leechiu.

This alliance is seen to attract more investments geared towards the financial services, information technology and business process management, manufacturing, and hospitality and leisure industries.

LPC is a real estate brokerage firm by some of the industry’s most experienced individuals, who have arranged more than two million square meters of office leasing transactions and more than P100 billion of investment sales.

CBRE is a Fortune 500 company based in Los Angeles, California. It offers integrated services such as facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management, appraisal and valuation; and property sales and leasing, among others.
