They provide and render real estate advisory and consultancy services for a fee to aid and help clients with real estate assets or properties acquired or yet to be acquired, bought, sold or exchanged in the (i) clients’ direct acquisition or investing in real estate properties; (ii) enhancement, preservation, utilization or disposition of real estate and/or improvements thereon of clients’ real estate properties; (iii) the conception, planning, management and development of real estate clients’ real estate projects; and (iv) the mitigation, correction, removal and alleviation of negative or unpleasant factors, affecting clients’ real estate properties.
